Dr. Tameka Price is a management and accounting professional whose work sits at the intersection of financial expertise and human intelligence. She holds a Bachelor's degree and an MBA in Accounting, a Certificate in Management, and a PhD in Management and Leadership — a foundation that shapes everything she builds, from boardroom strategy to household budgets.

As Founder and CEO of EdiCap Advisory, she equips high-performing professionals and entrepreneurs with the emotional and cultural intelligence to lead with clarity, through the HI-Suite framework and one-on-one coaching. Her podcast, In the Black, extends that work into conversation — unpacking the mindset and habits behind sustainable success for professionals balancing ambition with well-being.

That same expertise reaches the next generation through FiiReHaus Academy, where she translates financial literacy into practical, age-appropriate courses for kids, preteens, teens, and young adults. As a Certified FDIC Money Smart Instructor, she designs financial education that meets people exactly where they are — whether they're leading a company or opening their first bank account.

A national speaker, Dr. Price has taken the stage at events including the Ultimate Women's Expo in Phoenix, Arizona (May 2022), sharing her insights on financial empowerment and leadership. She is also the author of two books — both available on Amazon — including research on social inequity, and teaches college-level courses in personal finance, communication, and the legal environment of business. Since founding her first business in 2014, her throughline has stayed constant: giving people, at every stage of life, the tools to lead with intention.
